Job summary

Associations International, headquartered in Lexington, KY, is seeking a Membership Coordinator to join the ISPA team. This role supports member engagement, onboarding, renewals and data management to deliver excellent service throughout the membership lifecycle.

Work closely with the Membership Manager, handle inquiries, process invoices and maintain Salesforce data. Assist with conference registration and outreach.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent education/experience.
• At least one year of customer service or membership support experience.
• Strong writing, communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM/database systems.
• Experience with membership-based organizations or customer service is a plus.
• Experience maintaining CRM data quality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for membership renewals and engagements.
• Assist with member and prospective member inquiries with timely follow-up.
• Monitor ISPA email and route inquiries as needed.
• Grow ISPA member community via calls and targeted email outreach.
• Generate and review invoices and membership documents.
• Process membership transactions, renewals, and prospect tracking.
• Maintain data in Salesforce; assist with reporting and cleanup.
• Support membership communications and outreach materials.
• Monitor ISPA site and flag data changes to the Membership Manager.
• Assist with conference registration and attendee inquiries.
• Coordinate reports and documents for membership operations.
• Research potential new spa members via social media and industry news.
