• Increase member engagement within the Quest community and online groups.
• Onboard new community members and promote benefits.
• Serve as staff liaison to group leaders and facilitate best-practice sharing.
• Coordinate with Education teams to deliver content and events.
• Support renewal and retention objectives.
• Assist with surveys and monitor participation.
• Collaborate with vendors to bring customers to Quest events.
