Job summary

The Evelyn Rubenstein Jewish Community Center of Houston in Texas seeks a friendly Member Services Concierge for part-time hours. You will greet members and guests, provide information on programs, and assist with Brivo credentials.

You will act as a liaison between members and staff, answer inquiries, and help sign in guests using Traction Guest, while maintaining a positive, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in customer service preferred or in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential customer service to ensure member satisfaction and member appreciation.
• Greet all members and guests on arrival and departure and ensure proper check-in procedures.
• Promote programs and services across departments and assist with inquiries.
• Assist members with Brivo credentials and ensure proper functioning.
• Use Traction Guest to sign in guests for meetings, tours, and events.
