Summit Services in Bluffton, SC is seeking a Customer Care, Dispatch & Membership Coordinator to join our service team. You will coordinate technician schedules, manage our membership program, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and works toward scheduling, memberships, renewals, and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

• Experience with Service Titan or similar scheduling/CRM software.
• Excellent phone, customer service, and communication abilities.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with changing schedules.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls professionally and make a strong first impression.
• Convert inbound calls into scheduled service appointments.
• Schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently.
• Match technicians to calls based on location, skills, and needs.
• Monitor and adjust technician schedules throughout the day.
• Communicate delays or changes to customers proactively.
• Assist with membership renewals and maintain accurate records in CRM.
• Support service team with scheduling and customer information.
