Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Manatee County is seeking a part-time Data Specialist to enter Membership information, keep membership files up to date, and manage data across the club’s systems. You will lead registration, maintain waiting lists, and support front desk duties as needed.

You will work under the Club Director, ensure data accuracy, and coordinate reporting like ELC and New Member reports while communicating via email with parents and staff.

Qualifications

• Part-Time position.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Florida driver’s license and pass background check.
• Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, and Access.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.
• Experience with children and youth development preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Enter data from source documents into prescribed database and files.
• Maintain and organize general and membership files.
• Lead member registration and manage waiting lists.
• Assist with front desk duties as needed.
• Prepare and review reports such as New Member and ELC reports.
• Communicate data needs via email during club meetings.
• Ensure data accuracy and completeness in the system.
