• Experience managing processes, expense and revenue tracking, and team building.
• Minimum 3+ years managerial, customer service, sales experience and achieving budget goals.
• CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in Life Time's classes, activities, events and programming.
• Promote brand commitment to a healthy lifestyle.
• Lead in zone, drive service excellence and member connectivity.
• Coach and develop team; onboard and certify new members.
• Manage schedules and zone rotations for optimal performance.
• Oversee member acquisition, retention and engagement initiatives.
