Life Time is seeking a Membership Concierge III to deliver high-quality customer service to members and guests, actively promote Life Time, assist with the buying experience, and contribute to club acquisition and retention goals. You will lead the Concierge Team, share expertise, and model service-oriented behaviors within a fun, healthy work environment.

Formación

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• 1 year of sales experience.
• Completion of Membership Sales Certification within 60 days of hire.
• Completion of Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate check-in process for members and guests entering club.
• Monitors, handles, and delegates incoming phone calls from members and guests.
• Educates members and guests on club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
