Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Membership Concierge III to deliver the highest quality customer service to members and guests, actively promote Life Time, assist with the buying experience, and contribute to club acquisition and retention goals.

This role leads the Concierge Team, modeling service behaviors and building value-based relationships to drive brand loyalty. The position requires at least 1 year of customer service and sales experience, a high school diploma, and completion of

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• At least 1 year of sales experience.
• Membership Sales Certification within 60 days of hire.
• Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Check-in members and guests at entry.
• Handle and route incoming calls from members and guests.
• Educate members on club programming, events, pricing and policies.
• Build relationships and deliver high-touch service experiences.
• Assist with member account maintenance and transactions.
• Support retention by presenting options to members considering cancellation.
• Assist with service recovery to resolve questions and concerns.
• Personalize buying experiences by aligning amenities to interests.
• Communicate with members via email or phone per brand standards.
• Complete administrative duties and cash drawer reconciliation.
