Life Time in Minnesota is seeking a Membership Concierge II to manage member accounts, deliver personalized service, and engage guests with a hospitality mindset.

You will handle inquiries, assist with program enrollment and payments, and promote club events while pursuing hospitality certification levels to advance your career.

This hourly position starts at $15.50 per hour with potential to reach $18.50 based on experience, and includes life-time benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be able to multi-task and deliver high quality customer service.
• Strong verbal communication and friendly, outgoing demeanor.
• Comfortable in fast-paced environment and able to stand for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Acts as first point of contact for members and guests entering the resort.
• Educates members on club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Assists with account maintenance, changes, and transactions including payments.
• Supports new membership sales and member retention interactions.
• Resolves issues and performs service recovery using available tools.
