Job summary

Life Time Inc. in New York is seeking a Membership Concierge II to support member engagement, account maintenance and program insights. You will greet members, answer inquiries, process transactions and assist with new membership sales and retention efforts.

Qualifications

• Multitasking and delivering high-quality customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for up to 4 hours.
• Strong verbal communication and a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Operates as first contact for members and guests entering resort.
• Educates members on club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Assists members with account maintenance, changes, and transactions including program payments.
• Supports new membership sales and member retention interactions.
• Engages in problem solving and service recovery for member questions and concerns.
