Life Time Inc. is seeking a Membership Concierge II in Oklahoma City to serve as the first point of contact for members and guests, delivering exceptional service and guiding them through programs and memberships.

You will handle account maintenance, educate on offerings, and support engagement and retention through proactive outreach and problem-solving in a fast-paced resort environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience.
• Complete Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire
• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality preferred

Responsibilities

• Operates as first point of contact for members and guests entering resort.
• Exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships and create extraordinary experiences.
• Receives inbound calls and conducts outbound outreach to support engagement and acquisition.
• Maintains knowledge of club programming, events, pricing, and policies to educate members.
• Assists with account maintenance, processing member needs and payments.
• Serves as a key contact for new membership sales and member retention interactions.
• Engages in problem solving and service recovery for member questions and concerns.
