Order of Omega is seeking a Communications and Membership Operations Coordinator to oversee member-facing communications and core membership operations. This in-office role focuses on newsletters, emails, social media, and brand messaging.

The Coordinator will manage membership records in GreekTrack, coordinate new member registrations, and oversee fulfillment of certificates, pins, and regalia, working with chapters to ensure timely, accurate registrations and good standing.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree and membership in a Greek-lettered organization is required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, professional approach
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with volunteer or membership-based organizations

Aufgaben

• Plan, write, and distribute member newsletters and emails for chapters and the organization
• Develop content for social media and ensure consistency with brand voice
• Manage membership records and the GreekTrack platform, including registrations and dues
• Produce annual membership reports with initiates by council, chapter, and region
• Coordinate printing and shipment of membership certificates, pins, and regalia
• Support chapters with online dues payment and registration processes
• Serve as a primary contact for chapter officers and advisors on membership matters
• Collaborate with staff and the Board to advance organizational goals
