Job summary

Alpha Delta Pi is seeking a Chief Membership Experience Officer to lead the end-to-end membership journey, shaping strategy, performance, and engagement across the organization. This executive role directs Growth, Member Experience, and Education & Development to ensure a cohesive, scalable member experience.

The position partners with the Executive Director and Grand Council to align priorities and drive sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in a member-based or educational nonprofit setting.
• Proven ability to develop and execute organizational strategy and growth.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with data-driven decision making.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage change.

Responsibilities

• Lead Membership Experience strategy aligned with the organization's long-term priorities.
• Develop organizational dashboards and metrics to inform executive decisions.
• Oversee education, development, and engagement initiatives across the member journey.
• Partner with volunteers and executives to drive sustainable growth and impact.
• Advise the Executive Director and Grand Council on opportunities, risks, and investments.
• Represent Alpha Delta Pi in national discussions on membership, higher education, and growth.
