A national fraternity organization is seeking a Membership Growth Coordinator based in Indianapolis, IN. This individual will enhance undergraduate membership across chapters by providing recruitment support and developing new partnerships with educational institutions. The ideal candidate should have a background in recruitment or sales, excellent communication skills, and experience managing multiple projects. Frequent travel is expected, and candidates with at least 2 years of experience are preferred.

Job description

The Membership Growth Coordinator is responsible for increasingundergraduate membership for a specific portfolio of chapters (approximately 4-5 chapters). The Coordinator will educate and train undergraduate chapters to improve their ability to recruit and retain members and will also directly recruit students using in-person and virtual recruitment tactics. Additionally, the Coordinator will develop new chapters in partnership with higher education institutions. This position reports to the Director of Membership Growth.

This position can expect frequent travel (approximately 100-120 days per year) with consistent travel during the months of August-September and January-February. The Growth Coordinator will receive a full travel expense budget for all business-related travel.

This position is regionally based. Coordinators will be assigned to one of the followinglocations: Champaign-Urbana, IL, Normal, IL, Chicago, IL, Indianapolis, IN, St. Louis, MO, Columbus, OH, or Madison, WI. Consideration will be given to locations near the mentioned metro areas.

January 1, 2026 and July 1, 2026 start dates available.

• Recruit undergraduate students into Delta Sigma Phi through undergraduate chapters.
• Support the education and development of undergraduate leaders seeking to create organizational change within their chapter.
• Create recruitment resources and templates that can be used by undergraduate chapters to achieve recruitment goals.
• Foster excellent relationships with key stakeholders, including partnerships with alumni, volunteers, higher education institutions, and vendors.
• Provide regular reports regarding recruitment and other chapter progress.
• Support Delta Sigma Phi programs as assigned, including, but not limited to, Delta Sigma Phi Convention and National Day of Service.
