Job summary

Alpha Delta Pi Sorority is seeking an Extension Coordinator to join the Membership Engagement Team at the Executive Office. The role focuses on implementing growth strategies to establish new chapters, coordinating recruitment and development efforts, and building strong campus partnerships.

You will support officers in the first year after installation and help plan events, programming, and leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Membership with Alpha Delta Pi is required; active collegiate members with chapter officer or Panhellenic experience preferred.
• Experience in project management or customer service is desirable.
• Significant knowledge of Alpha Delta Pi with chapter or Panhellenic leadership preferred.
• Willingness to relocate to Dallas, TX; travel may be needed.
• Strong public speaking and written communication skills; sound judgment and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Execute the sorority's growth strategy for an assigned campus to establish a new chapter.
• Support long-term growth efforts including recruitment planning and ongoing recruitment.
• Build relationships with campus stakeholders to learn the campus community and apply learnings to expansion plans.
• Collaborate with Executive Office staff and volunteers to develop new chapter plans.
• Support newly elected chapter officers during their first year after installation, including events and programming.
• Educate and promote leadership opportunities and assist in the election process with advisory board.
• Assist in advisory board training to ensure strong support for the new chapter.
• Travel to conventions or summer meetings and other events as needed.
