Job summary

NFIB in the United States seeks an Elite Outside Sales Advocate who blends servant leadership with a high-stakes closer mindset. You will grow NFIB membership by meeting small business owners face-to-face with a proven, 5-minute presentation and a closing approach that converts on the spot.

This is a W-2 role with full medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan, plus an uncapped commission and bonus structure.

Qualifications

• Owns a business, department, or territory with accountability for results.
• Can persist through objections and build rapport with business owners.
• Learns quickly and thrives in a proven, structured sales model.
• Driven by growing NFIB’s member base and mission.

Responsibilities

• Prospect in-person with small business owners (no appointment setting).
• Master and deliver NFIB’s 5-minute sales presentation.
• Execute an assumptive close to enroll new members and process payments on the spot.
• Educate owners on NFIB’s advocacy in DC and state capitals.
