Qualifications

• Experience in frontline customer service or sales is preferred.
• Ability to meet sales goals and deliver great member service.
• Basic math and computer skills for daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Execute membership acquisition and renewal activities.
• Renew, upgrade, and cross-sell BJ’s loyalty programs.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and member inquiries with courtesy.
• Assist with BOPIC orders and ensure policy compliance.
• Maintain club policies and commitments to safety and customer experience.
• Support various departments as needed and maintain attendance.
