Qualifications

• Prior customer-facing work experience (retail, call center, hospitality, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Outgoing and personable personality with strong interpersonal abilities
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using spreadsheets, documents, and CRMs
• Organized and detail-oriented with project coordination or reporting experience
• Passionate about helping others and improving access to care
• Promotion potential to take on increasing levels of responsibility
• Chicago-based or able to work from our Chicago location part of the week

Responsibilities

• Support members via email, chat, and phone to resolve questions about RxSaveCard benefits and usage
• Guide members through account setup, savings, and payment card use
• Document interactions in Zoho CRM for accurate tracking and reporting
• Coordinate and report across operations, product, and client success teams
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve member experience
• Represent RxSaveCard with empathy, professionalism, and positivity
