Job summary

RxSaveCard is seeking a proactive Client Success Manager to own relationships with employer clients, driving retention and growth while coordinating with brokers and consultants. You will lead implementations, deliver value, and partner with product and marketing teams to enhance the client experience.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, timely issue resolution, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize client outcomes. Hybrid Chicago-based work flexibility is available.

Qualifications

• Excellent project management and organizational skills to coordinate the employer launch process.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to build trust and respect with employer clients.
• Technical proficiency to be self-sufficient: pc/mac, browser, Google Suite or MS-Office, etc.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of employer clients and be accountable for retention and growth outcomes.
• Lead client implementations to drive high adoption rates among employers and their employees.
• Conduct an orderly launch process to ensure long-term success for the client and RxSaveCard.
• Conduct monthly/quarterly business reviews for employer clients and their broker and consultant partners.
• Turn client reporting data into clear insights and recommendations that demonstrate value and drive decision-making and account growth.
• Consult with clients on best practices to optimize RxSaveCard’s service.
