Job summary

RxSaveCard is seeking a Member Support Specialist to be the friendly voice for our members in Chicago. This early-career role rewards clear communication, problem solving, and strong organization as part of a mission-driven team.

You’ll collaborate with client success, marketing, and product to improve processes and the member experience. Responsibilities include guiding members via phone, chat, and email, and documenting interactions in our CRM to inform ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

• Prior customer-facing work experience (retail, call center, hospitality, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Outgoing and personable — you enjoy connecting with people
• Tech-savvy with comfort using spreadsheets, documents, and CRMs
• Organized and detail-oriented, with project coordination or reporting experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered

Responsibilities

• Support members via phone, chat, and email to resolve questions and explain RxSaveCard benefits
• Guide members through account setup, pharmacy savings, and payment card use
• Document interactions and insights in our CRM for accurate tracking
• Assist with cross-team coordination and reporting across operations and product
• Identify trends to improve member experience and reduce friction
• Represent RxSaveCard with empathy, professionalism, and positivity
