Job summary

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments with accuracy.
• Balance cash drawer daily and resolve discrepancies.
• Greet members and identify financial needs to suggest CUTX products and services.
• Refer complex needs to other specialists and ensure follow-up.
• Maintain compliance with BSA/AML, OFAC, Reg CC and CIP, and protect member information.
