Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum six (6) months of similar or related experience (cash handling, retail, customer service, or financial services).
• Prior teller, cashier, or financial services experience preferred.
• Prior credit union or community bank experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, and checks accurately.
• Balance cash drawer daily and resolve discrepancies.
• Greet members and identify financial needs through conversation.
• Refer members to specialists when needed.
• Maintain compliance with BSA/AML, OFAC, and CIP procedures.
