Responsibilities

• Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and checks.
• Deliver an exceptional service experience with every interaction.
• Balance cash drawer daily and resolve discrepancies.
• Greet members, listen to identify needs, and explain CUTX products.
• Identify member needs and refer to specialists when needed.
• Meet sales and service goals established by branch leadership.
• Maintain compliance with BSA/AML, OFAC, Reg CC, and CIP.
• Protect member information and follow security procedures.
