Job summary

Credit Union of Texas is seeking a Teller to provide accurate transactions and outstanding service at our Dallas branch. You will greet members, process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments while identifying needs and promoting CUTX products. You will work with AI-assisted prompts under supervision to support accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and at least 6 months in cash handling or customer service. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum six (6) months of similar or related experience (cash handling, retail, customer service, or financial services).
• Prior teller, cashier, or financial services experience preferred.
• Bilingual English / Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member transactions accurately (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, check cashing, money orders, cashier's checks).
• Balance cash drawer daily and resolve discrepancies.
• Greet members and identify financial needs to recommend CUTX products and services.
• Refer complex needs to other CUTX specialists when necessary.
