Job summary

Credit-Union-of-Texas (CUTX) is seeking a Member Relationship Specialist in Dallas to serve as the primary contact for members at the branch. You will uncover financial needs, recommend tailored products, and process accounts and loans while maintaining compliance and integrity in every interaction.

You will use CUTX-approved AI and digital tools to support conversations, stay current on products, and help drive branch performance.

Qualifications

1–2 years of financial services or customer-facing experience.
Experience opening deposit accounts and originating consumer loans preferred.
NMLS registration required upon hire if origin residential real estate loans.

Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional member experience by providing outstanding service to members with every interaction.
Uncover member needs via discovery questions and recommend products/services.
Regularly follow up to confirm needs are met and identify additional opportunities to serve.
Handle member concerns with empathy and resolve or escalate as appropriate.
Meet or exceed individual sales, referral, and service goals monthly.
Refer members to internal partners for complex needs and participate in branch campaigns.
Assist in branch meetings and maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and pricing.
