Hundred Health is building an AI-powered health tech startup that aims to redefine modern healthcare and deliver a personal doctor in your pocket. We seek a Support Specialist Lead to be the face and voice of our members, solving problems fast and clearly while educating users.

You’ll work with product, engineering, and leadership to remove friction, protect confidentiality, and continually improve the member experience—driving impact at startup pace and scale.

Formación

• Experience in health-tech or high-touch service environments.
• Ability to manage member inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
• Strong organizational skills and startup pace.
• Ability to protect data confidentiality.
• Experience improving self-service resources.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first point of contact for member inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
• Diagnose and resolve account, testing, and results-related issues with precision.
• Maintain and evolve a self-service help center.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations to reduce friction.
• Provide insights from member sentiment to leadership.
• Ensure data confidentiality and compliance.
