Develop Health Inc. is seeking a Staff Product Engineer in Menlo Park to turn complex healthcare challenges into reliable, scalable products.

You will own from discovery to production, collaborating with Product, AI, and Ops to deliver end-to-end solutions that remove barriers between prescription and treatment. On day one, you’ll lead technical direction, build critical components, and establish AI-driven workflows while mentoring others and shaping the engineering culture.

Competenze

• Hands-on engineering experience across backend services, data, and UI.
• Ability to define system boundaries and balance speed, reliability, and maintainability.
• Direct collaboration with users to identify problems worth solving and design simple solutions.
• Experience using AI-native approaches to increase productivity and ensure reliable shipping.
• Proven leadership in guiding complex projects and mentoring engineers.

• Work with users to turn ambiguous problems into smallest useful solutions.
