Healthie is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join our team in a full-time, hybrid role in our NYC office. You’ll act as a trusted technical advisor across pre-sales and post-sales, guiding API integrations, data migrations, and system configurations to ensure smooth onboarding and adoption of Healthie’s platform.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support, translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and driving successful customer outcomes in

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a full-stack developer.
• Familiar with Rails, React, TypeScript, GraphQL.
• Experience with Postgres, Redis, and Sidekiq.
• Healthcare privacy, security, and compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted technical advisor during pre-sales and post-sales conversations.
• Guide customers through solution design, API integrations, and data migrations.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support to ensure successful implementations.
