Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service as the primary contact for members' financial needs.
• Answer member inquiries and educate members on accounts and products.
• Process transactions, balance branch/ATM equipment, and maintain accuracy.
• Assist with loan applications, interviews, processing and closings within policy.
• Cross-sell products and services to meet member needs and achieve sales goals.
