Job summary

Desert Financial Credit Union is seeking a Member Solutions Representative to deliver onboarding and consultative engagement, building strong member relationships across channels. You will assist with account setup and identify opportunities to enhance member financial wellbeing.

You will handle a wide range of transactions, promote digital banking tools, support lending and business accounts, and escalate issues with professionalism to ensure accurate, compliant service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years of experience in Sales and Service.
• Notary certification and NMLS registration are required.
• Previous financial institution experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with complex transactions.
• Ability to handle emotionally sensitive situations with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding and relationship-building experiences with members.
• Use consultative sales to recommend relevant products and services.
• Educate members on digital tools (online banking, mobile apps).
• Execute a wide range of member transactions and account servicing.
• Handle advanced transactions (wires, debit cards, specialty accounts).
• Resolve complex member issues with sound judgment and ownership.
• Support business and lending relationships and participate in training.
