Job summary

Desert Financial Credit Union is seeking a Member Solutions Representative to deliver exceptional onboarding and consultative service across a broad range of financial needs. You will guide members through account setup, digital tool adoption, and personalized product recommendations while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

You will act as a trusted branch professional, addressing escalations, supporting lending and business accounts, and strengthening member relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of Sales and Service experience required.
• Notary - State Certification required.
• Ability to register through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; compliance with audit standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding and relationship-building experiences with members.
• Use consultative approach to recommend relevant products and services.
• Educate members on digital tools like online banking and mobile apps.
• Handle a wide range of member transactions and account servicing with accuracy.
• Resolve complex member issues with sound judgment and timely follow-up.
• Support business and lending relationships and promote long-term member growth.
• Participate in ongoing training and branch operations development.
