Job summary

VyStar Credit Union is seeking a part-time Member Solutions Representative to help reduce delinquency risk by contacting members and coordinating payment arrangements. You will review reports, communicate with members, and escalate when needed to protect assets.

A high school diploma and experience in clerical work or collections are preferred. Training is provided, and adherence to regulations is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of office/clerical experience required.
• 1 year of collections, call center, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review delinquency reports and collection system information to determine appropriate collection activity.
• Contact members to discuss delinquency and arrange payments.
• Obtain information to effect collection on accounts and update arrangements.
• Follow up regularly if debt is not paid current.
• Skip trace difficult-to-locate members to establish contact.
