Unitus Community Credit Union is seeking a Member Solutions Specialist to analyze delinquent loans, negotiate repayment plans, and reduce collections risk. The role supports lower delinquencies and better member outcomes while protecting the credit union’s interests.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent certificate.
• At least one year of experience reviewing and analyzing account notes to determine course of action required.
• Collections experience in a financial institution preferred.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete basic functions pertaining to delinquency/default of a variety of loans to ensure payments, recovery, problem resolution, and protection of the credit union’s interests.
• Monitor accounts and perform follow-up to ensure payments, including pay-by-phone processing; refer for repossession, charge-off, or outside agencies as needed.
• Meet department goals for delinquency, write-off, and recovery; provide feedback to other departments to improve lending activities.
