Job summary

The Salvation Army USA Central Territory, Grand Rapids Kroc Center, seeks a Welcome Desk Attendant (part-time) in Grand Rapids, MI. You will deliver world-class customer service, handle POS transactions, greet visitors, respond to emails, and direct calls to the appropriate staff.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years of customer service experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. First Aid/CPR/AED within 30 days is required; Spanish is a plus.
