The Salvation Army Omaha Kroc Center is seeking energetic team members to deliver hospitality and manage the Welcome Desk operations. You will handle guest and member check-in, contribute to member retention, and drive activity sales in a friendly, service‑driven environment.

Responsibilities include building relationships with guests, upselling programs, and communicating center policies clearly while supporting teamwork and maintaining professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills (oral, written, interpersonal).
• English proficiency required; Spanish helpful.
