Job summary

Desert Financial Credit Union is seeking a motivated Teller to deliver accurate and courteous service to members at the Glendale branch. You will process routine transactions, assist with account servicing, and promote digital tools for convenient self-service.

Ideal candidates will have 1+ year of Sales and Service experience, strong attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach. Notary certification within 30 days is preferred, with a friendly, team-oriented environment and

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
1+ years of experience in Sales and Service required.
Notary – State Certification within 30 days preferred.
Demonstrates a high level of accuracy and focus in processing transactions; maintains records and follows procedures.
Shows care, patience, and professionalism to build trust with members.

Responsibilities

Build trusted member relationships by welcoming members and managing lobby traffic.
Process deposits, withdrawals, check payments, and account servicing with accuracy.
Engage in consultative conversations to identify member needs and refer appropriate services.
Promote use of digital tools and CRM systems for transactions and self-service options.
Participate in coaching and cross-training to support branch goals.
Other duties as assigned.
