Responsibilities

• Build trusted member relationships by welcoming members and managing lobby flow.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, checks, and account servicing with accuracy.
• Identify member needs through consultative conversations and provide referrals.
• Promote digital tools and CRM usage to aid self-service adoption.
• Participate in coaching and cross-training to support branch goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
