Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build trusted member relationships by welcoming members to the branch and managing lobby traffic.
• Process member transactions (deposits, withdrawals, check payments, account servicing) accurately and securely.
• Engage in consultative conversations to identify member needs and submit qualified referrals.
• Promote digital tools and CRM usage to complete transactions and encourage self-service adoption.
• Support branch goals through coaching, feedback, and cross-training opportunities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
