Qualifications

• Displays care, patience, and professionalism in interactions.
• Adapts to evolving processes and technologies in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset.
• Notary – State Certification within 30 days preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted member relationships by greeting members, managing lobby traffic, and providing courteous, solutions-oriented support.
• Process member transactions (deposits, withdrawals, check payments, account servicing) with precision and compliance.
• Identify member financial needs and provide basic guidance, submitting qualified referrals.
• Promote digital tools and CRM usage to complete transactions and encourage self-service adoption.
• Participate in coaching and cross-training to support branch goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
