Desert Financial Credit Union is seeking a Teller to welcome members, process transactions, and provide courteous service. You will engage in consultative conversations to identify needs and promote digital tools, helping members use self-service options for convenience.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1+ years in sales and service, with a preference for cash-handling experience and notary within 30 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience in Sales and Service.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Notary within 30 days preferred.
• Demonstrates accuracy in processing transactions and record-keeping.
• Professional, friendly demeanor and compliance with policies.

Responsabilités

• Build trusted member relationships by welcoming members and managing lobby traffic with courteous, professional support.
• Process member transactions (deposits, withdrawals, check payments, account servicing) accurately and in line with policies.
• Engage in consultative conversations to identify member financial needs and submit qualified referrals.
• Promote digital tools and CRM usage to help members adopt self-service options.
• Participate in coaching and cross-training to support branch goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
