Qualifications

• Professional appearance, dress, and attitude.
• Good math and typing skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Related customer service experience.
• Basic understanding of credit union operations.
• Basic understanding of member services and products provided.
• Ability to operate computer applications and business equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide paying and receiving functions (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, teller checks, money orders, cash advances).
• Assist with direction and administration of branch member service and new account openings.
• Perform most complex teller functions as needed and balance daily transactions.
• Verify cash totals and ensure accurate processing according to policies and regulations.
• Handle back-office duties and other duties as required.
