Sam's West, Inc. in Rochester, MN is seeking a front-end supervisor to assist management and lead associates in daily operations. You will assign duties, coach staff on member service, and support the Open Door Policy while ensuring adherence to company guidelines.

You will also help customers with purchases, operate registers or self-checkout, and contribute to sales and marketing events while promoting Sam's Club products and services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of retail experience including operating front-end equipment such as cash registers.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
