Job summary

Sam’s Club in Tallahassee, FL is seeking an hourly full-time associate to support store operations and member services. You will assist supervision of associates, train staff on procedures, and ensure member satisfaction while handling transactions at registers or self-checkout.

You will also process memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, promote renewals, and help maintain merchandise presentation and store safety. Shifts vary and compensation ranges from $21.00 to $29.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (for example, cash register).
• 6 months customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Leading a front-end team, Supervising experience to include hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing the workload of others.

Responsibilities

• Assist management with supervision of associates and training on processes.
• Provide member service guidance and handle transactions at registers or self-checkout.
• Process memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts; promote membership renewals.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize merchandise; handle claims and returns.
