Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (cash register).
• 6 months customer service experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist supervision of associates in assigned area and communicate goals.
• Recruiting, hiring, scheduling, coaching and evaluating associates.
• Provide member service guidance, resolve member issues per policy.
• Process memberships, upgrades and credit accounts; promote renewals.
• Assist members with purchases, self-service tech, and checkout.
• Maintain cleanliness, organize merchandise and handle returns.
• Protect store assets and support compliance with policies.
