Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment and 6 months customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates in assigned area by assigning duties, providing direction and feedback.
• Assist members with purchasing decisions and information on membership, services, and benefits.
• Process memberships and credit accounts while promoting renewals and new signups.
• Ensure cleanliness, organize merchandise, and assist with handling returns and transactions.
