Job summary

Crunch Fitness, Primetime Fitness LLC is hiring a Member Services Supervisor for an in-person role in New Albany, Indiana. You will manage club operations, lead staff, and drive member enrollments while maintaining service standards and facility cleanliness.

The role offers $12.00 per hour with a monthly bonus. Prior customer service and management experience are preferred for this full-time position in a fast-growing fitness environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of club SOPs and policies.
• Communicate and implement club policies to staff.
• Encourage teamwork and productivity.
• Make sound decisions as needed.
• Generate appointments through referrals, networking, and outreach.
• Follow up on prospects and enroll them in memberships.
• Promote membership services and Dot Fit products.
• Maintain records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems.
• Conduct daily facility walks to ensure cleanliness.

Job Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate a working knowledge of all standard operating procedures and policies that pertain to the club.
• Communicate and implement club policies and procedures to employees.
• Encourage staff to work as a team and be productive.
• Illustrate an ability to make decisions.
• Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentation, public demonstrations, master systems and phone calls.
• Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours for all prospects and enroll them in a gym membership
• Continuously sell membership services and Dot Fit products as part of their regular sales presentation
• Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).
• Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure the cleanliness of the facility.
