Crunch Fitness in Farmington Hills, MI is seeking a Member Services Supervisor to lead front-desk operations, guide member services, and drive membership growth. This in-person role offers a pay rate of $13.73/hour plus a monthly bonus, along with health insurance and a free gym membership.

Responsibilities include enforcing club policies, training staff, generating member referrals, giving tours, enrolling members, and recording activities in Crunch Fitness VFP systems.

Formación

• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• 1 year of management experience preferred.
• Willingness to work in person.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate working knowledge of club SOPs and policies.
• Communicate and implement club policies to employees.
• Encourage staff teamwork and productivity.
• Make decisions as needed.
• Generate appointments through referrals, networking, demos, and calls.
• Follow up with prospects, conduct gym tours, and enroll members.
• Sell membership services and Dot Fit products during sales presentations.
• Maintain records using Crunch Fitness VFP systems.
• Perform daily facility walk-through to ensure cleanliness.

Job Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a working knowledge of all standard operating procedures and policies that pertain to the club.
• Communicate and implement club policies and procedures to employees.
• Encourage staff to work as a team and be productive.
• Illustrate an ability to make decisions.
• Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentation, public demonstrations, master systems and phone calls.
• Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours for all prospects and enroll them in a gym membership
• Continuously sell membership services and Dot Fit products as part of their regular sales presentation
• Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).
• Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure the cleanliness of the facility.
