Job summary

Crunch Fitness is hiring a Member Services Supervisor to join our growing team in Rochester Hills, MI. This full-time, in-person role focuses on leading member services, coaching staff, and ensuring the club operates smoothly. You’ll build relationships, enroll new members, and promote Dot Fit products while upholding policies.

Compensation starts at $13.73 per hour with a monthly bonus. Prior customer service and management experience are preferred to thrive in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• 1 year of management experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate club policies to staff clearly.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of SOPs and policies for the club.
• Communicate and implement club policies to employees.
• Encourage staff to work as a team and stay productive.
• Illustrate an ability to make decisions.
• Generate appointments through referrals, networking, and presentations.
• Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours and enroll members.
• Continuously sell memberships and Dot Fit products during sales.
• Maintain records using Crunch Fitness VFP systems.
• Conduct daily facility walk-around to ensure cleanliness.

Job Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a working knowledge of all standard operating procedures and policies that pertain to the club.
• Communicate and implement club policies and procedures to employees.
• Encourage staff to work as a team and be productive.
• Illustrate an ability to make decisions.
• Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentation, public demonstrations, master systems and phone calls.
• Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours for all prospects and enroll them in a gym membership
• Continuously sell membership services and Dot Fit products as part of their regular sales presentation
• Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).
• Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure the cleanliness of the facility.
