Crunch Fitness is growing fast and seeks a Member Services Supervisor in Columbus, OH to lead the front desk and enhance the member experience. This full-time, in-person role offers game-changing career opportunities within a fast-paced fitness company.

You will supervise staff, communicate and enforce club policies, generate memberships, and keep precise records using our VFP master systems. A focus on teamwork and decision-making is essential.

Competenze

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• In-person work location is required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate a working knowledge of all standard operating procedures and policies that pertain to the club.
• Communicate and implement club policies and procedures to employees.
• Encourage staff to work as a team and be productive.
• Illustrate an ability to make decisions.
• Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentation, public demonstrations, master systems and phone calls.
• Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours for all prospects and enroll them in a gym membership
• Continuously sell membership services and Dot Fit products as part of their regular sales presentation
• Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).
• Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure the cleanliness of the facility.
