Job summary

Crunch Fitness in Taylor, MI is seeking a full-time Member Services Supervisor to lead front desk operations, drive member engagement, and mentor staff in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

You will manage and enroll members, maintain accurate records in Crunch Fitness VFP master systems, and ensure a welcoming, clean facility. A monthly bonus complements a base hourly pay with benefits.

Qualifications

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Management: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a working knowledge of all standard operating procedures and policies that pertain to the club.
• Communicate and implement club policies and procedures to employees.
• Encourage staff to work as a team and be productive.
• Illustrate an ability to make decisions.
• Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentation, public demonstrations, master systems and phone calls.
• Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours for all prospects and enroll them in a gym membership
• Continuously sell membership services and Dot Fit products as part of their regular sales presentation
• Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).
• Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure the cleanliness of the facility.
